You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period, starting from the date that the course was purchased, subject to the conditions below: 

If you are unable to attend a course that you have booked, you may, by prior arrangement and after notifying us via email at ahoy@kaizenvoyage.com:

1. Substitute your place to someone else.
2. Attend a later course, subject to availability.

Course Cancellation Charges

If you decide to cancel your course booking, the following charges will apply:

• Up to 14 days prior to the start of the course: No charges will apply and you will receive a full refund.
• Up to 7 days prior to the start of the course: You will be charged 50% of the fee and receive a partial refund.
• Less than 7 days prior to the start of the course: You will be charged 100% of the fee and not receive a refund.
• No refunds will be given for courses that have been delivered.
