Kaizen

The word, “Kaizen”, comes from 2 Japanese words:

“Kai” + “Zen”

where kai means change and zen means good.

Kaizen is generally thought to mean: “change for the better” and is synonymous with “continuous improvement”.

Importantly, Kaizen is about incremental improvement, not “Big Bang” all at once improvement.

With Lean Agile we learn from failure, make transparent what we do, inspect feedback and adapt our behaviours to continually improve, as we seek perfection.

This is Kaizen!
